| The main objective of the consultancy service under these Terms of Reference (ToR) is to assist the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) in designing, monitoring, and supervising all activities related to implementing the Sylhet Division Important Upazila & Union Road Widening & Strengthening Project. The Consultancy Firm shall work under the PMU's guidance to ensure the completion of assigned tasks in a professional and time-bound manner.
