- Proposed operator description
- GTender, a product of Fashol. Exact legal entity name and registered address require founder confirmation.
1. The service
GTender provides procurement discovery, source-linked information, internal analysis, and bid-preparation workspaces. GTender is not a government portal, does not issue tenders, and does not submit bids or legally bind a customer to a procuring entity.
2. Accounts and organizations
A user must provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and act only for an organization they are authorized to represent. Organization Owners and Admins control membership and roles. A user must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
3. Customer content
Customers retain their rights in company facts, documents, bid materials, and other content they provide. They grant GTender only the permission needed to host, secure, process, and display that content to authorized members of their organization. Customers must have the right to provide the content.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, enter another organization's workspace, upload malicious or unlawful material, disrupt the service, misuse public-source links, or use GTender to misrepresent eligibility, authority, certification, or government approval.
5. Sources and decisions
Government notices and the procuring entity's official records remain authoritative. GTender may normalize, compare, and preserve public information, but customers must verify deadlines, corrigenda, qualifications, fees, and submission instructions at the official source. Eligibility and Bid/No-Bid outputs support internal review and are not legal, financial, engineering, or procurement advice.
6. Availability and changes
Public sources, network services, and processing jobs may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. GTender does not promise uninterrupted operation or complete coverage. Material service or policy changes should be communicated before they apply where practical.
7. Plans and billing
No production checkout or automated payment acceptance is active. The current pricing page is a capability comparison, not a payment offer. Commercial prices, renewal, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and payment-provider terms must be approved and published before GTender accepts customer money.
8. Suspension, termination, and liability terms
GTender may need to restrict access to protect customers, the service, or applicable law. Final notice, termination, export, retention, warranty, liability, dispute, and governing-law clauses are not approved in this draft and require Bangladesh-qualified legal review before these Terms can take effect.
