Launch draft
Refund and Cancellation Policy
A truthful pre-payment policy describing the current commercial state and decisions required before checkout launches.
This document is prepared for founder and legal review. It is not effective, is not a legal promise, and must not be treated as final customer terms.
- Status
- Not effective. Human and legal approval required before customer launch.
- Technical truth reviewed
- 24 August 2026
- Proposed operator description
- GTender, a product of Fashol. Exact legal entity name and registered address require founder confirmation.
1. No active payment acceptance
GTender does not currently offer production checkout, recurring billing, or automated payment collection. Customers should not send money in response to a browser screen, unverified message, or unofficial payment request.
2. Trial
The documented product rule is a seven-day Intelligence trial with no payment method required. Automatic issuance and expiry must be verified before customer launch. Ending a free trial does not create a charge.
3. Future payment confirmation
If payment is enabled later, an organization plan may be activated only after GTender verifies the payment provider's server-side confirmation. A browser success page alone must never activate access or prove that money was received.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Final prices, billing periods, renewal behavior, cancellation timing, refund eligibility, processing time, taxes, failed-payment handling, and data access after cancellation are not approved. These terms must be published and accepted before any customer payment is taken.
5. Questions or disputes
Before payment activation, the operator must publish verified business identity and contact details, a support process, and the approved method for requesting cancellation or disputing a charge. No part of this draft limits rights available under applicable law.
