1. Independent service
GTender is an independent product of Fashol. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by BPPA, e-GP, a ministry, a procuring entity, or any other government body. Government names and records identify their published source, not a partnership with GTender.
2. Source provenance
GTender links records to their source where available, records collection and freshness information, and keeps public source facts distinct from GTender normalization, customer-private evidence, and human decisions. The official notice and procuring entity records remain authoritative.
3. Coverage and freshness
Coverage can be incomplete when a source is unavailable, delayed, changed, protected, or not machine-readable. A record may omit a value, deadline, document, corrigendum, award, or buyer detail that the source did not publish or GTender has not yet collected. GTender does not claim every procurement opportunity is present.
4. Customer verification
Customers must verify deadlines, eligibility clauses, documents, fees, payment instructions, amendments, submission procedures, and award information with the official source and qualified advisers where appropriate. GTender does not replace legal, tax, accounting, engineering, procurement, or financial advice.
5. Eligibility, Bid/No-Bid, and drafting
Eligibility results are evidence-based internal assessments and may be Qualified, Not Qualified, Needs Evidence, Unable to Determine, or stale. Bid/No-Bid recommendations remain separate from human decisions. Drafting and Red Team outputs are preparation aids, not certification, approval, signature, submission, or government acceptance.
6. Provider connection status
In-app notifications are implemented. Tender-alert email and SMS delivery are pending provider connection. Team invitation email is pending provider connection, with a manual link allowed only for development and test. Production payments are not active. External AI is disabled for customer-private data. Unsupported channels must not be represented as delivered or paid.
