In Bangladesh, citizens still face delays, poor communication, and weak accountability in police services. Modern policing emphasizes citizen-centric service, procedural justice, and digital governance. A “Zero Complaint Police Station” aims to reduce complaints through transparency, professionalism, and efficient service delivery. This study explores how such a model can improve accountability, service quality, and public trust in Bangladesh Police. Objectives of the Assignment: 1. To identify institutional and behavioural causes of public dissatisfaction. 2. To examine citizen satisfaction and trust in police services. 3. To explore the role of smart policing and accountability systems in service improvement.
