Tille-8: Policing Under Pressure: Health Risks, Stress, and Wellbeing among Traffic Police and Police Station Personnel in Dhaka. Background of the project : The total number of personnel in Tejgaon Traffic division under Dhaka Metropolitan police DMP is 618, of which 400 are constables, representiong the majonity of the workforce. Amons these personel 3 members reportedly died (31 Dec 2025 to 23 March 2026) in their early 40s due to sudden illenss. This suggests a concerning pattern of premature mortality, particularly considering that the age of death falls below the average life expectancy. Objectives of the Assignment : 1. To study the health condition, death rate and reason of death of traffic members working for at least 8 years compared with those of crime division members. 2. Diagnostic analysis of randomly selected traffic members. 3. To recommend on the basis of the findings
