The objective of the assignment is to engage a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountants Firm to conduct an independent audit of 3 (Three) Financial Statements for Financial Year 2025-2026 as:- i. Dhaka WASA ii. Employees` Pension and Retirement Benefits Fund and iii. Employees` General Provident Fund. The audit shall be carried out in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), the Financial Reporting Council Act, 2015, and other applicable laws, rules, regulations and financial policies of Dhaka WASA, with a view to expressing an independent opinion on the financial statements and strengthening financial accountability, transparency and governance.
