1)The minimum number of general experiences of the Tenderer shall be 5 (five) Years. 2)The minimum specific experience as reputed contractors/ construction firms having experience in successful completion of similar nature works Combined of Stage Lighting System, Sound System, Projector with Screen & Audience Lighting Work in an Auditorium having seat capacity of not less than 900 in govt./semi govt./autonomous organization in a single contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.60 crore. (Two crore sixty lac) 3)The required average annual turnover shall be not less than Tk. 5 crore (Five crore). in the last 5(Five) Financial years. 4)The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 (Three) crore. 5)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3.50 crore. (Three crore fifty lac) 6)Tenderer must submit Manufacturer Authorization letter in a prescribed Format from the Manufacturer and necessary catalogue along with Tender. 7)The tenderer must submit Detail image, specification, and country of origin of Stage Light, Cinema Projector & Sound System and Single line circuit diagram of stage light system, Cinema Projector & sound system. 8)Tenderer must have a technical person with an EASE Certificate as a consideration of Acoustic knowledge for better sound performance. 9)Tenderer must need to submit a CV of Professional Foreign Expert of Cinema Projector Installer with tender documents. 10)Tenderer must submit Up-to-date Import Registration Certificate. 11) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
