Tenderers should have fowolling eligibility- 1) Reputed Contractors/Suppliers who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in Supplying of Laboratory Equipment’s. 2) Specific experience: Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (One) numbers of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of government/semi government/Autonomous organization during last 3 (Three) years. 3) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual average turn over during last 01 (Three) years Audited Balance sheet with DVC. 4) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before from the date of opening tender with minimum balance 3.50 lac. 5) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price. 6) The tenderer must possess: i) Up to date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate, iii) Up to date Trade license mentioned similar Business. iv) Warrantee Certificate should be submitted from manufacturer & Tenderer. 7) Other required eligibility of conditions of the tender is shown in tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents
