1. Up to date Trade Licence 2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate 3. VAT Registration Certificate 4. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset 5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin must be mentioned in the Technical Offer. 6. Catalogue should be submitted along with the offer. 7. Detailed Specifications must be mentioned in the Technical Schedule. If the Bidder writes ‘as per CUFL requirements’ in the "Full Detailed Technical Specifications and Standards offered" column, then his/her bid will be treated straightly non-responsive. 8. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited. Partial Delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed. 9. Delivery Period : 60 (Sixty) Days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
