The high quality polao rice required as per the work order shal be delivered to Rangpur Police Ration Store at its own cost and warehoused. If the high quality polao rice is not supplied as per the sample, legal action shal be taken including confiscation of the security deposit. (3) Sample of Polao Rice must be submitted to Police Ration Store, Rangpur before the opening of the tender.
