1. NID Card of Tenderer/Supplier. 2. Related & updated Trade License of 2026-2027 FY. 3. Tin Certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-2026 FY. 4. Updated VAT registration Certificate. 5. Sample Signature on the pad of Tenderar's own organization 6. Ownership Affidavit on 300 Taka Non-judicial Stamp 7. One copy of recent passport size color photograph. 8. Line of credit (LOR) of Tk 5 (five) lakh 9. Bank statment of last 3 months with consecutive transaction and the total transaction should not be less than Tk 5 (five) lakh 10. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience should not be less than Tk 5 (five) lakh in supply of similar goods in last 3 year. 11. Tender security as per TDS. 12. The winning tenderer must comply with PCC clause 31 regarding vehicles and driving license. 13. The tender will be evaluated as per submitted documents. If any dissimilarity found in documents submitted by tenderers at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers will be considered non-Responsive. 14. If a quoted price is submitted at a rate excessively lower than the official estimated cost and appears to the TEC to be unrealistic and submitted with ulterior motives, it will be considered as an attempt to influence the tender evaluation process according to rule 42(2) PPR 2025. According to rule 149(2)(c) such act will be considered as 'conspiratorial act and shall take necessary actions against if following rule 149, PPR 2025.
