01. ITT 13.1 (a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [3] years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper] 02. ITT 13.1 (b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Computer, Printer & Laptop work of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [70,00,000.00]. 03. ITT 14.1 (b) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [90,00,000.00] 04. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i) Valid Trade License. ii) Vat Registration. iii) TIN Number. iv) Nationality Certificate. v) Business Address. vi) Tenderer shall submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter for the offered computer equipment, duly issued by the manufacturer or its authorized representative. or The Tenderer shall submit a written undertaking on its own letterhead confirming that the offered computer equipment is brand new, genuine, and covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. vii) Specification and Compliance Sheet, Product Brochure/Datasheet, Warranty Declaration, Details of Authorized Service Centre & Country of Origin declaration; vii) Following TDS - 20.1 (K) Tenderer will be selected as non-responsive/debar for submission of any fake documents
