(1) The tenderer must attach (a) updated and renewed trade license, (b) income tax certificate, (c) VAT registration certificate, (d) financial solvency certificate, (e) original balance sheet of financial transactions for 1 year provided through computer from the bank (the balance should be 01 (one) lakh taka as of 28 days before the submission of the tender), (f) national identity card/nationality certificate, (g) ownership certificate of the concerned institution, (h) undertaking that the concerned institution is not blacklisted, (i) 1 copy of passport size photograph of the owner/representative and (j) certificate of practical experience in the relevant work with the tender.
