Procurement of Best quality Packaged Lentils (Masur Dal) for Fy 2026-2027 2nd Quarter (October/2026 To December/2026) at District Police Ration Store, Bogura. 1) Best quality packaged Lentils (Masur Dal) 2) The color and quality of lentils (Masur Dal) should be appropriate as per the instructions of Police Headquarters (There should be 600 grains per 10 grams of lentils and the color of the lentils should be yellow to red-orange). If the random sample of lentils submitted with the tender is collected and sent to an accredited laboratory for testing, all expenses in this regard will be borne by the tenderer. The lentils supplied by the committee will be accepted on the basis of the test report. 3) According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, Lentil pulses (Masur Dal) should be packaged and supplied in Best-quality transparent poly bag of 3.5 kg, 4 kg and 5.5 kg, and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date should be clearly mentioned on the package. 4) As a general and special condition of the contract, lentils will be supplied as per the sample kept at Bogura Police Ration Store. As per the work order, the required lentils will be transported to Bogura Police Ration Store at their own expense and warehoused. The net quantity of lentils will be weighed and delivered without weighing the item. If lentils cannot be supplied as per the sample, legal action will be taken including confiscation 5) Sample of Lentil pulses (Masur Dal) must be submitted to Police Ration Store, Bogura before the opening of the tender.
