1.The tenderer must submit Valid trade license,2. VAT registration certificate,3. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate.4.NID, Ownership Certificate, 5. Similar work experience certificate.6. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement (minimum 6.50 lakh taka should be available till the day before the tender) / Attested copy of Liquid Asset of 6.50 lakh taka submitted in Standard Format e-PG2-8 according to ITT clause 28,.7.The minimum specific experience at District Police as Supplier in supply of at least 1(one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 3(Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 8.50 lakh,.8.The authority reserves the right to accept/reject any tender without assigning any reason.Provided sample goods quality shall be considered at the time of tender evaulation. Low quality goods shall be considered non-responsive. All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
