1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 03 (Three) years. 2. The minimum specific experience in High voltage (132 kV or above) underground cable joint (straight through or cross bond joint) with necessary civil works successfully completed under at least 01 (One) nos of contract over a period of last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk.9,00,000.00 (Nine Lakh) for any public Generation/ Transmission/ Distribution Utility/ Govt.organization shall be required. 03.The minimum amount of liquid assets of working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be taka BDT. 1200,000.00 (Taka Twelve Lac) only which shall be supported by bank statement and the statement will not before tender publication date in the e-GP portal. Tenderer those who will submit credit facilities from the bank, they should submit letter of Commitment for Banks. Undertaking for Line of Credit . 04. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1000,000.00 over the last 3 (Three) financial years 05. Valid Certificate of cable jointer must be provided by competent authority other than contractor firm and it should have validity at least up to tender opening date.
