Declaration of eligibility: A Tender submission letter to be submitted by the Bidder where in the owner of the company will have to mention that we are attending the tender inquiry no:36.01.6863.627.000.07.31.06.26-27 as a competent and eligible candidate & the required necessary certificates and documents are here by mentioned in the below. The owner of the company or an important person on his behalf will be the signatory of tender submission letter. 3. Authorization letter: The owner of the company/organization will be the signatory of tender. If it is not possible an important person of the company will be authorized for the same job. 4. Taxation obligation documents or equivalent: Up dated income tax certificate, TIN, BIN and NID card to be submitted. 5.
