Bidder must mention the detailed specification of each item, along with brand, model, & country of origin (where mentioned in the required specification) instead of mentioning “as per schedule”. 2. For items no. 1 to 16 (V-belt), the bidder must submit an authorization certificate from the manufacturer/authorized distributor of manufacture/channel partner of manufacturer along with the offer. 3. For items no. 1 to 16 (V-belt), the tenderer shall, at the time of material delivery, submit a goods delivery confirmation letter issued by the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s authorized overseas export house, trading house, distributor, or channel partner. This letter must certify that the supplied products are new, unused, in good condition, and authentic. The letter will be verified by the authority. 4. Partial supply of this full package will not be accepted.
