1. Up to date Trade Licence 2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate 3. VAT Registration Certificate 4. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset 5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (if applicable) to be mentioned in the Technical Offer. 6. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter in favor of the Bidder must be submitted along with the offer. 7. The Manufacturer’s Certificate of Analysis (CoA) must be submitted along with the Technical Offer. Technical scrutiny will be carried out based on the submitted CoA and the Sample provided. The CoA must clearly mention the name and designation of the Chemist, and the date of issuance of the certificate shall not be older than 15 (Fifteen) days from the Tender Date. 8. The Bidders have to submit 1 (One) kg of Sample of Caustic Soda within 3 (Three) working days from the date of Tender Opening. 9. The bidder must submit at least 1 (One) Experience Certificate issued by any Government, Semi-Government or Government Corporation confirming that the bidder has successfully completed the supply of Caustic Soda with a value of at least Tk. 55,00,000/- (Fifty-Five Lakh only) under a single Purchase Order within the last 5 (Five) years. 10.
