"This Tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mention below : (a) General experience: Reputed firms who have minimum 03 (Three) years of general experiences. (b) Specific experience: The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 contract of similar nature work successfully completed within the last 03 years, with a value of at least Tk. 9 Lac. (c) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater Than Tk. 7 Lac over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years or best five (5) years in the last ten (10) financial years. Documents in support of average annual construction turnover must be submitted according to ITT Sub Clause 31.1 (c). (d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3 Lac. (e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 11 Lac. [To be submitted: ongoing work details, contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information]. (f) Updated Trade license, VAT Registration (BIN) and Income Tax clearance Certificate. (g) Updated ABC/BC/C Electric Contractor and Supervisory license from licensing board. (h) Site visit report and work plan (i) The tenderer must submit the Manufacturer Authorization/ Sole agent document of the lift (Macpursa Brand)/ equivalent and availability of spare parts. (j) All Other qualification, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Data sheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents must be submitted with the tender.
