A. Requirements for the Tenderers: 1. NID & Renewed Trade License. 2. Valid VAT registration Certificate & Income Tax Certificate. 3. The goods under the procurement shall be the Reagent Grade Chemicals [(KOH, Pellet & V2O5] 4. The minimum general experience as a supplier of similar goods and related services performed in the Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/State Owned/Public Sector Enterprises by the tenderer shall be last 03 (Three) years. 5. Tenderer who will have the minimum past specific experience certificate as a supplier in the supply of the cited Chemicals / Similar type of goods at least one (1) contract successfully completed in the Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous/State Owned/Public Sector organizations/companies within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 8 (Eight) Lakh. 6. At the time of the delivery, tenderers shall have to submit the test certificate of the Chemicals carried out by the manufacturer. B. Special terms and conditions: 1. Every item of the Chemicals should be supplied in the sealed, new, thick and hard plastic Containers/Glass Bottles /wooden Cartons without changing their original labeling/Sealing /Packing . 2. Item(s) supplied in the form of re-packing / re-labeling/ re-sealing /broken / not matched with technical specifications shall not be accepted. 3. Every item of the Chemicals shall have to be qualified in the quality test carried out in the Laboratory of BCFTPP, 3rd Unit, BPDB, Dinajpur/Authorized Laboratory recommended by BPDB. 4. The procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject all or any of the tenders without assigning any reason.
