Tenderer fulfilling the following criteria are eligible- 1. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate, e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate and updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return) for the Assessment Year 2025-26. 2. Tenderer must have 3 years of general experience and 3 years of similar experience (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). 3. Tenderer shall submit the Specific experience of satisfactory completion of works related to grass cutting/industrial waste cleaning or similar in power plant/industrial area of at least BDT 300000.00 (Three Lakh) only under maximum 1 contract in the last 3 years. 4. The Tenderer shall have minimum BDT 3,00,000/- (Three Lakh Taka) only amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments at the time of Tender submission. 5. Others requirements as specified in TDS and PCC.
