a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 01 (One) year; b. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of High voltage (132 kV or above) underground cable joint (straight through or cross bond joint) with necessary civil works successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9,00,000.00 (Nine Lakh) only; c. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 6,00,000.00 (Six Lakh) Only over the last 03 (Three) financial years or best 03 (Three) years in the last 05 (Five) financial years; d. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakh) only; e. The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 8,00,000.00 (Eight lakh); f. Valid Up-To-Date Trade License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate; g. ABC Category "Electrical Supervisor License" issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Bangladesh; h. ABC Category "Electrical Contractor License" issued from Electricity Licensing Board, Bangladesh; i. Authorization Letter confirming the signatory (with NID) of the Tenderer from Organization shall be required.
