The Tender is open to all eligible tenderer who has- a) Up to date valid Trade license. b) Valid TIN & VAT registration Certificate c) Up to date valid Income Tax clearance certificate obtained from NBR. d) The number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works shall be at least 05 (Five) years. (e) The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature of construction works (Minimum 04 storied building with 04 storied pile foundation) under public sector of at least 01(one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 08.00 Core Taka (Eight Core Taka). (f) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk. 13.50 Core Taka (Thirteen Core and Fifty Lakh Taka). (g) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum Tk. 08.50 Core Taka (Eight Core and Fifty Lakh Taka). (h) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk. 03.00 Core Taka (Three Core Taka) in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form e PW3-8) in original form which must be unconditional. (i) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board. (j)The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the IFT, TDS & PCC.
