1. Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate or Income Tax Return Slip, VAT Registration Certificate 2. Minimum liquid assets/credit facilities shall be Tk. 15,50,000.00 (Tk Fifteen Lac Fifty Thousand). In case of credit facilities bank shall ensure that the above-mentioned credit limits will be given if the said work is awarded to the contractor or bank solvency certificate having above mentioned amount issued by a scheduled bank. 3. Tenderers must have a minimum of 5 (five) years of proven experience in supplying office furniture to Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous / Renowned Organization. 4. Authorization letter from manufacturer/agent /Dealer. 5. The supplier must have at least 10 showrooms in Dhaka and 20 all over the country. And it is required to provide the document against its declaration of showroom. 6. The supplier must ensure that all the products are original and they contain the Identification mark: Hologram and Monogram Sticker of manufacturer. 7. It is preferable to have ISO certificates. 8. Min 01 (one) year warranty of the furniture.
