1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (three) years of general experience in providing laundry, washing, ironing, dry-cleaning, or similar services. 2. The Tenderer shall have specific experience of successfully completing at least one (01) contract of washing, ironing, laundry, or similar services with a value of not less than BDT 35.00 (Thirty-five) lakh under a single work order within the last 03 (three) years in any Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, or Statutory Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The Tenderer shall submit copies of the Work Order/Contract Agreement and Satisfactory Completion Certificate/Experience Certificate issued by the Employer as evidence of the above experience. 4. The Tenderer shall possess a valid: a. Updated Trade License; b. TIN Certificate; c. VAT Registration Certificate (BIN); d. Income Tax Return Certificate; and e. Any other document required under the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). 5. The Tenderer shall have a valid ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification issued by an accredited certification body. 6. The Tenderer shall not be under declaration of ineligibility, debarment, or suspension by BPPA or any competent authority of the Government of Bangladesh. 7. The Tenderer shall satisfy all other qualification requirements specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), General Conditions of Contract (GCC), Special Conditions of Contract (SCC), and other Tender Documents.
