1.NID Card of Tenderer/Supplier. 2.Related Trade License of 2026-2027 financial year. 3.Tin Certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-2026 Financial Year. 4.Updated VAT registration Certificate. 5.Sample Signature on the pad of Tenderar's own organization. 6.Ownership Affidavit on 300 Taka Non-judicial Stamp. 7.One copy of passport size color photograph. 8.Line of credit (LOR) of Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lakh. 9.Bank statment of last 3 months with continuous Transaction and the total transaction should be not less than Tk 50 (Fifty) lakh. 10.General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience shoule be not less than Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lakh in supply of similar goods in last 3 years. 11.Tender security as per TDS. 12.If a quoted price is submitted at a rate excessively lower than the official estimated cost and appears to the TEC to be unrealistic and submitted with ulterior motives, it will be considered as an attempt to influence the tender evaluation process according to rule 42(2) PPR 2025.
