The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 10 lac in best of 2 years over the last 5 years. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 6.0 lac. 5. Others criteria as per TDS & PCC
