1. NID Card of Tenderer. 2. Related Trade License of 2026-2027. 3. Tin Certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-2026. 4. Updated VAT registration Certificate. 5. Sample Signature. 6. Ownership Affidavit on 300 Taka Non-judicial Stamp 7. One copy of passport size color photograph. 8. Line of credit (LOR) of Tk 1 (one) crore. 9. Bank statment of last 3 months with continuous Transaction and the total transaction should be not less than Tk 50 (Fifty) lakh. 10. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience shoule be not less than Tk 1 (One) crore in supply of similar goods in last 3 years. 11. Tender security as per TDS. 12. Manufacturer's authorization letter of supplied computers and related accessories. 13. Membership certificated issued by BCC (Bangladesh Computer Council). 14. If a quoted price is submitted at a rate excessively lower than the official estimated cost and appears to the TEC to be unrealistic and submitted with ulterior motives, it will be considered as an attempt to influence the tender evaluation process according to rule 42(2) PPR 2025. According to rule 149(2)(c) such act will be considered as 'conspiratorial act and shall take necessary actions against if following rule 149, PPR 2025. Subject to the fulfillment of all conditions, the authority will accept the winning bidder's tender through the e-GP SLT process and reserves the right to cancel the tender following rules 44 of PPR-2025. 16. In the event of any damage or defect in the computer or its components within 3 (three)years following delivery, repairs must be carried out promptly at the office. If the computer or any accessories become defective, they must be replaced with new ones at no additional delevary.
