1. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract with a minimum value of BDT 1,50,00,000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka One Crore Fifty Lac) in any public Electricity Utility of Bangladesh during the last 07 (Seven) years, counting backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP System. The qualifying contract shall have involved the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical equipment of 33 kV or 11 kV voltage level in substations, together with execution of associated civil works including construction/extension of substation control room buildings. 2. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the Tenderer shall be BDT 1,60,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Lac). 3. The Tenderer shall quote prices for the related civil works in Form e-PG3-4D. The total quoted price for the related civil works shall not be less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the total Tender price. Any Tender quoting less than the specified percentage for related civil works will be considered as non-responsive. 4. Manufacturer's Authorization Letter required for 150 mm2 copper cable, Control cable, PT Distribution Panel 5. The Tenderer and Manufacturer must complete the Guaranteed Technical Particulars (GTP) attached in section 6 (Drawings) with specific data of the offered type equipment , otherwise the tender will not be considered. 6. At least 01 (One) no. of Manufacturer’s Satisfactory Performance Certificate for any control cable item from Electricity Utility as End User. 7. Payment terms shall be as mentioned in PCC 21. Delivery and Documents & Document named "Payment terms scope of works" uploaded in section-6: drawings. & other conditions as per tender documents
