Manufacturer’s name, model no., Brand name and country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be clearly mentioned in the offer. Country of Origin (COO) Certificate issued from Chamber of commerce must be submitted along with goods for all items. Model/Brand/ Manufacturing Country must be marked on the body/Name Plate of goods as per manufacturer standard. Necessary Catalogue must be supplied with the offer in English language. The tenderer must submit a confirmation certificate for item no. 04 to 09 from manufacturer/ Manufacturer’s subsidiary Company/Authorized Distributor of Manufacturer/Authorized Channel Partner of Manufacturer confirming that the offered items must meet the design specification and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit the existing system without any modification at the time of material delivery. Buyer reserves the right to check and verify the confirmation certificate. Manufacturer test certificate (if any)/Calibration certificate (if any) of the goods & Instruction/Operation Maintenance manual must be supplied along with goods. One year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.
