The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings: a) Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01 (one) similar nature of work/Repair and maintenance of building work in a single contract amounting not less than Tk. 21.00 lac during last 03 (three) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./autonomous bodies. b) The required minimum average annual construction turnover is Tk 35.00 lac (best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered). All works completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender. c) The required minimum liquid Assets i.e working capital/line of credit facilities is Tk. 25.00 lac in the specified format of PPR. d) The minimum capacity shall be: 12.00 lac e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt. Autonomous organizations will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender (f) Up-to-date trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate. (g) Audit report on the financial standing such as profit & loss statements and audited balance sheet for the past 03 year. h) BC-Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board. (j) other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled. (j) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006, PPR-2025 and its amendment. k) Any false, forged, fabricated and miss leading documents furnished by Tenderer shall result in rejection of the Tender. l) In case of any confusion arises due to printing mistakes or other reason the Public Procurement Rules-2025 will be governed.
