(a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 02 (Two) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of spares and consumables (to any Power plant or any Govt./Semi-govt/Autonomous organization) at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 7,00,000.00 (Taka Seven Lakh), which shall be supported by the End-User Certificate in the Letter Head Pad of Purchaser duly signed and sealed with contact details mentioning Contract Value, Type of Supply, Date of Supply. [Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System]. (c) The minimum amount of financial resources as specific credit commitment of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10,00,000.00 (Taka Ten Lakh). To substantiate the financial criteria (hereinafter defined by the line of credit), Tenderer’s Bank shall use the unconditional specific credit commitment letter issued in the format as specified in Form e-PG2-7 furnished in Section 5: Tender and contract forms without alteration. Submission of the credit facility in any other form or absence of any information indicated in prescribed form may be grounds for rejection of the Tender.
