01. The bidder must have their own business address, establishment, or tailoring shop, and this business address must be mentioned in the tender submission application. 02. Trade License from the City Corporation/Municipality, up-to-date Income Tax payment certificate, current bank certificate regarding financial solvency, and VAT Registration certificate must be attached to the tender. 03. Uniforms must be tailored according to the individual measurements of each police member. One set of samples for each type of ready-made uniform must be submitted. A sticker containing the emblem/mark/address of the organization and signed by the bidder must be attached to the sample. The color of the shirt-pant buttons and zippers must match the color of the fabric and must be of high quality. If any defect is found in the fitting of any clothing, it must be altered completely at the bidder's own expense. No additional fabric or wages will be provided for this. 04. The police monogram and formation sign must be attached to the shirt according to the sample. 05. The edge of the sleeve of the half-shirt must have a 1-inch fold and be hand-stitched. The sleeves must not be pointed in any way. Buttonholes must be machine-stitched. Interlocking stitching must be done on the inside of the pants and shirts. Pasting buckram must be used in the shirt collar, pocket covers, and pant waist. 06. The uniforms must be tailored exactly as currently prevalent in the District Police. 07. The responsibility for the goods will not lie with the authority until accepted by the receiving committee. If any defect or deficiency is found in the goods, it must be removed/replaced at the bidder's own expense. If the fabric supplied by the authority is damaged during the manufacturing of the uniforms (due to fire, storm, tidal surge, etc.), the bidder must bear the liability for it.
