1) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works. 2) A satisfactory completion of Similar nature Electro-Mechanical work (Including Installation of Surge Protection Device) of at least Tk. 5,50,000 (Five lac fifty thousand taka) under a single contract within last 05 (Five) years(*) shall be required for this tender 3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 7,00,000 (Seven Lac Taka) over the last 5(five) years. 4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5,50,000 (Five lac fifty thousand taka). Adequacy of minimum liquid assets i.e working capital substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh as specified in the format,without alteration. 5) The Tenderer must submit: Up-to-date valid Trade License, Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate, Valid VAT registration Certificate and Up-to-date valid ABC/BC Contractor & Electrical Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board 6) All other terms and conditions are mentioned in TDS of this tender. 7)The tenderer must submit audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet for the financial year 2024-25 (8) PPA 2006 and PPR 2025 with all amendments shall be followed.* Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
