01.The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Air Conditioner/ Air Cooler and Related services or any others Goods as Supplier and/or Prime Contractor shall be five (05) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 02.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods ( VRF/ VRV type Air Conditioning System) of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk 200.0 Lac (Two Hundred Lac Taka) Only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 03. The minimum supply and/ or production capacity of goods is 400 Ton of Air Conditioners per year. 04. The Tenderer must process copy of: i) Up to date valid Trade license, ii) Up-to-date income tax certificate, iii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iv) e-TIN Certificate, v) ) In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Association, Article of association & Power of attorney. 05. The Minimum amount of financial resources as liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 300.0 Lac (Three Hundred Lac Taka) Only Only. 06. The Tenderer must submit copy of: i) International Standard Compliance (CE/UL/ISO/Any other) ii) Catalogue/ Brochure must be submitted with Tender. 07.Manufacturer's Authorization Letter in specified format. 08. Warranty Declaration/Certificate of Product. 09. All other documents mentioned in the tender document.
