The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of civil construction successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 300 (Three Hundred) lakh & Proper up to date documentary evidence should be provided. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the civil construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years. Here, i. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ii. The start date of the earliest construction works completed satisfactory under public sector will be considered for calculating the period of general experience. iii. The Tenderer shall have to attach relevant experience certificates issued by concerned PE (Procuring Entity) but not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
