a) As Per ITT & TDS b) All contractors of the Education Engineering Department who have accepted the work order but have not started their work without a valid reason, or those who have not shown satisfactory progress without a valid reason, will be considered non-responsive. c) Contractors who conceal information about the ongoing work of the Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization will be considered non-responsive. d) Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained N.B: 1) Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms ( Section 5: Tender and Contract Forms) Properly with necessary information and by uploading necessary document(s), which will considered for tender evaluation. 2) Tenderer are requested not to upload/attach any unnecessary documents. 3) If any submitted documents are proved false at any stage of evaluation process, the tenderers shall be considered as non-responsive. 4) The Tenders will be evaluated as per submitted documents in the e-GP system, conditions of STD as per PPR-2025. 5) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer then measure shall be taken following PPR-2025 & relevant clause of STD. 6) Non-submission of ongoing work under any PE organizations that affect the tender evaluation process will be considered as non- eligibility of the tenderer.
